-اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْلَنَا، وَارْحَمْنَا، وَارْضَ عَنَّا، وَتَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا، وَأَدْخِلْنَا الجَنَّةَ، وَنَجِّنَامِنَ النَّارِ، وَأَصْلِحْ لَنَاشَأْنَنَاكُلَّه

Allaahummagh-fir lanaa, war-hamnaa, war-da ‘annaa, wa taqabbal minnaa, wa adkhilnal-Janna(ta), wa najjinaa minan-Naar(i), wa aslih lanaa sha’nanaa kullah. (Abu Umamah al-Bahili. Sunan Ibn Majah #3826)

O Allah, forgive us. Have mercy on us. Be pleased with us. Accept from us. Admit us to Paradise and protect us from Hell. And set right all our affairs.
